    1、 “Three wastes” comprehensive utilization, energy conservation and emission reduction

    A large number of organic wastes are produced during the production process. It is hard to utilize the combustion heat of these wastes if all of them are sent to qualified waste treatment units. The high cost is also a problem. What’s more, it’s quite a pity to lose a good opportunity for waste resource recovery and energy regeneration.

    1.1 The innovation of this project

    1.2 The effect of expected demonstration
    In this project, the rotary kiln burning system, organic waste liquid system and water seal furnace system are used to comprehensively utilize of energy and effectively governance of pollution. Compared to similar system in all province and even in the state, the system has advantages on burning completely, the using of waste heat fully and handling waste variously. This system is the development trend of taking full utilization of organic waste combustion heat in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. It is a quite positive demonstration and can be used as standard operating program for waste recycling, energy comprehensive utilization , energy conservation and emission reduction in pharmaceutical chemistry industry.

    2、Environment improvement equipment
    2.1 Waste water treatment system

    Using the methods of separate collection, separate treatment

    2.2 Water seal combustion furnace

    The high salty organic waste water possessing the properties of high organic concentration, high salt, hardly dealing. The traditional ways were biochemistry method combining with physical chemistry method, concentration treatment etc. But the method of biochemistry combining with physical chemistry is difficult to achieve the sewage discharge standard, because it is difficult to culture the suitable strain in the high salty waste water. Our company introduced the water seal combustion furnace of Japan to deal with the high salty organic waste water, in order to achieve green environmental protection.
    Firstly, under the high temperature incinerating , the organic matters of high salty waste water were oxidized and decomposed enough, and inorganic salt were heated to molten condition; then pass through the water dissolving and absorbing part to become salty solution; Finally, were separated the salt and water by three groups evaporators.

    2.3 Waste reagent incinerator

    The system mainly deal with organic waste reagent, the waste reagent is main fuel, natural gas is ever-bright fire. The high temperature smoke and gas after incinerating enter the air preheater to primary reduce the heat from 1000℃ to 900℃,and then enter SNCR equipment to abandon nitro-compound. The system recycling part of amount of heat use the boiler to gather surplus heat, and provide the saturated steam for producing when it reduce the temperature of smoke and gas. The bottom of boiler has special clearing device to clean the ashes. The smoke and gas cleaning process of system end gas part as follow: Indirect splat cooling heat exchanger→ Carbon jetting device→Bag type dust collector→ Washing tower.

    2.4 Solid waste incinerator- rotary kiln

    The function of rotary kiln is incinerating industry solid waste, which use the upstream rotary kiln to incinerate higher water content waste such as sewage sludge and some special purpose incinerating. The rotary kiln improves efficiency according to the convection with each other from solid waste, exist gas, combustion-supporting gas. The rotary kiln usually tilt level is 1/300-1/100, the burning something accomplished the temperature rise, thermal decomposition and pneumatolysis processes accompanying the processes of moving and stirring.
    System incinerating part has two level models including rotary kiln incinerator and high temperature fixed bed incinerator. The rotary kiln separately incinerate solid waste, the high temperature smoke and gas of the second incinerating room enter the air preheater to primary reduce the heat from 1000℃ to 900℃,and then enter SNCR equipment to abandon nitro-compound.     2.5 End gas cleaning system

    Photocatalytic oxidation use the catalytic property of pholocatalyst (such as TiO2) to oxidize the VOCs on the activator surface. Use the special wavelength to ray activator, and to stimulate the "electron hole" (a kind of energetic particle).The "electron hole" reacts with water and oxygen to form the free radical active substances of oxidizing ability. The active substances oxidize organic matters on the activator surface into carbon dioxide and water. Technology coupling of Photocatalytic oxidation,electrochemistry,ozone,ultrasound, and microwave can significantly improve the organic cleaning capacity.
